I represent buyers and sellers who would like to buy or sell their farms of ranches or purchase more. If they are buyers, we discuss their needs and I go fine the closest properties that fit their qualifications. If they want to sell an existing property, I give the seller market information on the current value of their property and what is the correct price for selling their property to maximize the greatest value. I insist that my clients be able to communicate with me when or wherever possible, keeping them informed at all times. So they do not have to guess what is happening on any item relating to the sale or purchase of their property.
